Morning Glory Apple Sauce Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1/2c-1c. Cup Homemade Applesauce (or applesauce of choice)
- 2 Tbs Hemp Seeds
- 2 Tbs Walnuts
- 1 Tbs Shredded Coconut
- 1/4 C. Shredded Carrot
- 2-4Tbs Coconut Creme
- Fresh Nutmeg
Instructions:
- Add applesauce to bowl and top with the recommended toppings!
- Play with quantity! Eyeball it and find what works for you
- Mix up the toppings, and what you enjoy 🙂
P.s. I use coconut creme from a can. I keep it on hand in the fridge and it is absolutely delicious, don’t skip it!
Pro Tips:
- Make it your own, add raisins, shredded zucchini, cacao nibs or whatever else calls to you!
- You could also try it warm! gently heat the applesauce on the stove then load with toppings.
